Linae Foster on booster packaging

Linae Foster recently posted on the Wizards boards:
"We no longer shrink wrap booster boxes and only factory seal cases. We are working with the manufacturer to find tougher glue. The hope is that the boosters will not only be tamper resistent but tamper evident."

This was in reply to this thread about store owners opening boosters and then resealing and selling the poor ones...

why not just put some kind of "opened" sticked on it that breaks when you open the box.
