D&D Miniatures in France
Although Wizards has no subsidiary in France or Belgium, it seems that Hasbro France is about to invest in the game in order to develop it more in those countries.
Bilbotorm created the ddminis.fr website two years ago; and he has translated the rules, faqs and errata into French for young people interested in the game, but unable to basically understand it.
You may find it useful to visit. :-)
