Paizo promo
Received this in my e-mail:
Today was a special day here at Paizo Publishing, as we began to ship our exclusive Dragon Magazine 30th Anniversary Sorcerer on Black Dragon for the Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures Game from Wizards of the Coast. Created in conjunction with Wizards, this Huge miniature is an extremely limited edition preview figure for the forthcoming War of the Dragon Queen D&D Miniatures expansion. Now that I've held one of these in my hand, I am absolutely blown away by its coolness, and I wanted to let you know that we still have a few of them left for existing or new Dragon or Dungeon subscribers.
The miniature features a special paint job that differentiates it from the version soon to be released as part of War of the Dragon Queen, and for my money it looks quite a bit better than the standard version. It's also considerably more rare, since the production run was limited to a scant 5000 units. The figure also includes a special base with the Dragon logo embossed upon it, which further sets it apart from the crowd.
This is the first time Wizards of the Coast has ever released a Huge repaint, and it's also the first time they've ever released a promotional repaint of a rare miniature. The Sorcerer on Black Dragon 30th Anniversary figure is sure to be a collector's item, and it looks great both on the game table and as a statuette on a bookshelf or computer monitor.
The price is $9.95 USD, and the promotion is available only to Dragon or Dungeon subscribers (limit one miniature per household). The minis are going fast, so please take a few minutes to drop by http://paizo.com/blackdragon and pick up a piece of Dragon's history.
Thanks for your time, and we'll see you at the game table.
