What has happened to the site?

G'day, all!

Welcome to the no-frills version of my DDM news page. Yesterday, I was rather surprised to find that the 3rdedition.org site no longer existed. I had no warning of it. Well, it is possible that I was notified on my merricb@3rdedition.org e-mail, but the last four weeks have been incredibly busy... so, I've gotten behind on my e-mail. And, today, no 3rdedition.org (so I can't check, either!)

So, what now? Well, I have to take stock of the situation. (Obvious, huh?) My file hosting ability and - annoyingly - the database is unavailable at present. I'm hoping to set up my own site in the future, but that may be a couple of months away.

If we're very lucky, the 3rdedition.org site will reappear. If we're not so lucky, for the next couple of months I'll use this blog to handle the latest news.

Be aware that any 3rdedition.org link will not work at present. (I don't have time to delete all the old references).
