I'm thinking maybe a Stygian Dragon from the Draconomicon.

Doesn't look like a good sculpt if it's a Fang Dragon, though.

I don't think it's a fang dragon. I think its just a simple (unintelligent) skeleton dragon. Of the animated sort. Since we already have a zombie dragon.
