Warduke!
Erik Mona has obviously been at the DDM designers... This mini is previewed in the latest issue of Dragon Magazine.

Having not gotten the latest Dragon, is Warduke in War Drums, or in a future set?

Warduke's sword seems to be in the wrong hand. his sword would be on his armored side as his bare side would be protected by his shield. See roman gladiators for a similar armor layout.
