Epic Mordenkainen in February Kit

moonglum on the Wizards boards has posted the details:

Mordenkainen the Mage (Epic)
Points: 269; Alignment: Any; Commander 3
Level: 15; Speed: F8; AC: 25; HP: 175
Melee Attack: +10/+5
Type: Humanoid (Human)
Commander Effect: Mordenkainen's Faithful Hound (Enemies lose conceal and take 5 magic damage whenever they activate)
Special Abilities: Unique, Flight, Immune Fire, Quick Cast [], Spell Penetration, Spell Resistance
Spells:
5th: Cone of Cold [][] (cone; 30 cold damage, DC 17), maximized melfs acid arrow [][](sight, 40 acid damage, ignore SR)
6th: chain lightening[][](sight, radius 4, 40 electricity damage, dc 18)
7th: Mordenkainen's sword [][] (range 6, 15 magic damage when target creature activates)
Comments:
Not bad for a mage who has AC25 and 175hp. And if you thought that Elminster epic is terrifing, I guess Morkenkainnen got his maximized melfs acid arrow and chain lightning to fry those minis with 40 Hp away..
 
I was really unhappy with the normal Mordenkainen because he is an epic character in the real game and it's mini is really bad. If this post is true I think that now Mordenkainen could be the wizard who he really is.
 
I have the card right here....it also says independant. Of course that makes no sense to me since he is also a commander but whatever....it's on there.
