Dire Bat in Underdark?

The Fantastic Locations: Fane of the Drow product mentions a potential encounter that might indicate there's a Dire Bat in Underdark. (Probably as a large uncommon). Feathers on maxminis spotted the reference.

"If you'd like to extend the adventure, you can insert an encounter with one or more wandering Underdark predators of the appropriate CR. Some possibilities include a group of 1d6+6 kobold miners, dire bats, a dark creeper, or a burrowing ankheg." Feathers notes: Three of the four listed creatures are confirmed minis in the Underdark set. I have a hunch the Dire Bat is an Underdark mini as well, and this is a strong hint that this could be the case.
