War of the Dragon Queen booster picture
A picture of the WotDQ booster picture has been posted on the Random House site... clearly picturing the Dragon Queen herself - Tiamat!
Sharp-eyed sleuths on maxminis have also identified a Black Dragon on the side of the box... likely a Huge Black Dragon (although Large is also possible).

Tiamat - the Chromatic Dragon - was the Queen of the Evil Dragons long before Takhisis was created for the Dragonlance setting.
In core D&D, Tiamat remains the Queen of the Dragons.
