Concept Art for Paizo's "Compleat Encounters" line

Paizo Publishing (the people behind Dragon and Dungeon magazines) are gearing up to publish their first two "Compleat Encounters".

What's a Compleat Encounter?

Compleat Encounters provide everything you need to run a single encounter: three brilliantly sculpted miniatures, a full-color minis-scale map, and a detailed microadventure complete with statistics compatible with the world’s most popular roleplaying game.

Alas, they're metal miniatures you have to paint yourself, but you might find them of interest. The WAR concept art has just been posted on their product pages:
Comments:
I have no problem with metal miniatures I have to paint myself, but whether or not I'll find them of interest depends on whether or not they're compatible with D&D minis. Hopefully they'll be on the same scale and be packed with round bases appropriately sized for the size categories. That'll be enough for me, though it would be icing on the cake if WotC did equivalencies like they do for Chainmail.

Hey as long as they are 25 or 28mm they should fit in the 5X5 square, you could make up the stats...

Absolute trash. I would *only* consider this if it had DDM minis, a'la the D&D basic Game (the one with the black dragon and orc warriors).
Also, it would have to have a map that a) matches the mini-adventure and b) can be used in Skirmish.
