Drider Sorcerer banned!

The new floor rules have been posted for D&D Miniatures, and the biggest change is that the Drider Sorcerer miniature is now banned in all constructed formats.

Also of note: Assembly Tile 5, the Frostburn tiles and the Sandstorm tiles are also banned. All other tiles produced by Wizards are legal.

Has anyone said why it's banned...I cant find anything further on it???

banning of sandstorm tiles apparently miscommunication error and are still legal
