How hard would it be to create the Aspect of Tiamat?

While I'm reporting interesting miniature-releated links from the last few days, here's an interesting feature that Mage Knight posted about the making of its Apocalypse dragon. Apparently MK minis are concepted in much the same way DDM ones are before being sculpted. The feature also hints at the kind of work involved in making an Aspect of Tiamat, which I at least find quite interesting.
