No, despite the vagueness of the remarks made concerning the "Warlords" campaign rules, I can guarantee with 100% (though unofficial) certainty that this is nothing new. I am a subscriber to Dragon magazine, and in last month's issue the Under Command column did a special on a new campaign variant of DDM called "Warlords." Though innovative, this is nothing more than a good idea put to use at the Wizards office, and nothing new. On the bright side, Deathknell will be out in March. All in favor of petitioning Wizards to reduce the three-month wait to one say "I"....
