Giants of Legend Battlemat and Sealed Format rules
Wizards have posted the Giants of Legend sealed format rules in this article: Giants of Legend Special Format.
The article also includes a 22 inches wide by 34 inches battlemat for downloading and printing! (Both colour and B&W formats).
